SwimTopia: Get All the Updates!

The Prince William Swim League utilizes the SwimTopia platform for all team operations and communications. Be sure you’ve activated your SwimTopia account (and enabled notifications) to make sure you receive all the latest news, alerts, meet results, and more!

Competitive Team Only: Keep reading for important and fast-approaching dates and ordering deadlines!

• April 26th: Team Swimsuit Orders Due (Competitive Team only). Don't forget to pre-order your child's team swimsuit (competitive team only). Pre-ordering is the best way to ensure your child receives their suit in time for the first meet! Order your suit online or in-person at Cassel’s Sports and Awards, 4115 Pleasant Valley Road, Suite 500, Chantilly, VA 20151 (Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm). Orders close at midnight on April 26th. Please be certain of your suit size when ordering. Suits are not returnable. 
• April 26th: Personalized Cap Orders Due (Competitive Team only). Each competitive swimmer receives a free VOSD swim cap with their registration. However, you can order a custom cap with your swimmer's first or last name to make them easy to spot! Order your custom cap online or in-person at Cassel’s Sports and Awards, 4115 Pleasant Valley Road, Suite 500, Chantilly, VA 20151 (Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm). Orders close at midnight on April 26th.
